You know, Fig is one of the world’s healthiest foods. I love the fresh figs anytime than the dried ones. They are a good source of potassium and dietary fiber, which means it is the sweetest way to lose weight. Yayy, the happy me !! 🙂 Lets see a smoothie which will be ready in 2 mins. Fig Honey Smoothie or Anjeer Lassi ( in Hindi ) recipe here 🙂
Here is what you will need..
1/2 cup Yoghurt
2 peeled Fresh figs & chopped
2 tspn Honey or sugar
1/2 cup water
Blend everything and your smoothie is done 🙂
